    For wonky headrests, if you find them, Diono, Evenflo, Nuna, and Peg boosters work well. If you can't find them, the ones I mentioned work. They don't require headrests. But you need to work with the weight of the Peg if you don't have lower anchors.

    What may help is that you don't need 2" of clearance between the front seat and a convertible. Just a sheet of paper's width. Did you put the Scenera Next (not a Scenera, correct?) as upright as possible? It fits anywhere, if the child can sit unassisted. Wendy
